Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulating and toileting.
• Supports residents with meals, nourishment and personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitors health status, reports changes to supervisor, and conducts room and safety checks.
• Assists with transportation, mail, and engagement in the activity program.
• Maintains documentation of resident care during shifts and adheres to policies.
