Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required per state policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care with dignity and compassion.
• Make routine rounds every 2 hours.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Refill water pitchers, make beds, and clear overbed tables.
• Communicate resident needs to the Charge Nurse or RN.
• Follow facility policies and safety protocols.
