Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care during the evening shift.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility.
• Conduct regular resident rounds and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident areas.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
