Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or active enrollment in CNA program.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assistant duties per facility policies and procedures.
• Make rounds with and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Verify resident identity before care and ensure accuracy of care and meals.
• Maintain clean and safe environment and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Report changes to the Charge Nurse or supervisor as required.
