Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a license as a certified nursing assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals to ensure correct care is delivered.
• Report missing ID bracelets to the admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside and overbed tables clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within resident reach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
