Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff
• Help transfer and reposition patients safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided accurately
