Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills in Canonsburg, PA is seeking experienced and new graduate CNAs for the 3 to 11 pm shift to join our compassionate care-giving team.

CNAs will interact directly with patients, provide comfort and transportation, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living needs, including meals, hygiene, and mobility, while supporting nurses and staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, bedpans, baths, and showers; provide adjunct care as needed.
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient chart.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed; adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
