Job summary

Peters Township Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role in Canonsburg. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health status, and document care accurately while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates hold CNA licensure and a minimum 10th grade education, with strong communication and teamwork skills to fit our compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret basic materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
