Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and personal care assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and status updates.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure positive care experience.
