Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide essential, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing community in Kennett, MO. You’ll work closely with nursing and therapy teams to support daily living activities and maintain a safe, homelike environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Report accidents or concerns promptly.
