Apploi in Fowler, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine resident care under supervision. You will perform services as directed by the Charge Nurse and supervisors to uphold quality care for memory-impaired residents in a secured facility.

The ideal candidate is a CA-licensed or enrolled CNA with strong patient interaction skills, able to work with elderly and ill residents, and dedicated to a positive, respectful care environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CNA program or hold CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to work with ill, elderly and fragile residents.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed areas.
• Provide pericare, ADL assistance and showers.
• Assist with hydration and nutrition of residents.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
