Job summary

Bellflower-Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality resident care in a facility setting. The role supports daily living activities, monitors resident status, and communicates changes to the nursing team. Part-time hours include evenings with potential weekend shifts to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and documentation, while ensuring a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently certified CNA in accordance with state law.
• BLS CARD REQUIRED.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work M-F with weekends as needed; evening shift 4PM-9PM.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to LVN/RN.
• Maintain resident privacy and report any HIPAA concerns.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming.
