Job summary

Kirkwood Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team under new ownership by OPCO Skilled Management. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and offer opportunities for growth within a supportive environment at Kirkwood, MO.

Available shifts include Evening 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with both full-time and part-time positions. Competitive pay and benefits are provided to eligible employees, with a commitment to dignity and high-quality care

Qualifications

Missouri CNA certification in good standing is required.
Successful completion of a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered care according to individualized care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
Take and record vitals; report changes to the nurse.
Assist with feeding and hydration while encouraging independence.
Respond promptly to resident call lights.
Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and assist with housekeeping related to care.
Document care provided accurately and timely.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and the care team.
