Rehab of Kansas City South in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Evening Shift. You’ll provide hands-on resident care with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification OR actively enrolled in a CNA program.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Make regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs.
• Take and report resident information to the nursing staff.
• Make beds and maintain clean, safe resident rooms.
• Keep water pitchers clean and within residents’ reach.
• Follow facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Report resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver quality resident care.
