Job summary

St. Camillus in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time basis for PM and Night shifts.

You will deliver direct resident care, support independence, and collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care. You will assist with ADLs, nutrition, vital signs, mobility, and documentation in CareTracker while upholding infection control and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Current Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and document resident care information accurately.
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and monitoring nutritional intake.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Support restorative nursing: ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and bowel/bladder retraining.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings in a clean, organized manner.
• Monitor and document care accurately in CareTracker.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in resident activities and collaborate with team.
