Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a caring Care Associate for the second shift (3p-11p) to support residents with daily activities and comfort. You will work as part of a team to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm living environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CNA or HHA certification, First Aid & CPR, and at least 1 year of related experience. We offer referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, strong benefits, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections.
• Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
• Exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contribute to a positive environment.
