Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MVH-Montevideo) is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term nursing facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote safety and quality of care, and help residents maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Be currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry or be registered by the time of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.
• Preferred: CPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a long-term nursing facility.
