Job summary

Apploi in Rockledge, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, delivering compassionate, respectful daily living support. The full-time shift is 3pm-11pm and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Active Florida CNA certification
CPR certification preferred
Minimum 1 year skilled nursing experience

Responsibilities

Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed
Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident room
Ambulate and transfer residents with proper devices and body mechanics
Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption
Routinely turn and position residents
Observe changes in resident condition and report to Charge Nurse
Assist in data collection for MDS and care plan development
Provide adequate hydration and assist with meals
Keep accurate food intake/output records
Monitor environment (ventilation, temperature, noise)
Take vital signs (TPR, BP) as directed
Respond to call lights and assist with resident needs
Assist in orientation and training of staff
