• Must meet health and physical requirements of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Document and communicate nursing reports during shift changes.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Assist with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report promptly.
