Job summary

Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our award-winning team. Duties include providing daily living assistance, documenting care plans, measuring vital signs, and supporting therapy services with a compassionate, guest-centered approach.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, plus $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay, with yearly wage increases. Full-time afternoon shifts 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and rotating weekends/holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Completed approved CNA training program with current Michigan CNA certification.
• Excellent customer service with commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player who supports colleagues and gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care per individualized care plans, including ADLs.
• Document nutritional intake, vitals, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, turning and ROM.
• Support therapies by encouraging wellbeing.
• Observe and report significant changes to nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests and families.
