Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED.
• Possession of a valid Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and activities as directed by nurses.
• Ensure safety and report hazards or changes in condition.
• Keep rooms clean, make beds, and document care provided.
• Assist with transfers, meals, and mobility as needed.
• Attend meetings and maintain professional appearance.
