Job summary

Vintage Wellness & Rehabilitation in Denton, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2PM–10PM shift to deliver compassionate care and support to patients.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patients, and work with the care team to implement care plans in a fast-paced environment. Join a collaborative team focused on patient satisfaction and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient changes, concerns, or issues to nursing staff and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in patient education and support groups.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
