Job summary

The Village at Brookwood in Burlington, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with every other weekend. Join a supportive Assisted Living team and build meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, personalized care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
• Assist with meals, hydration, and evening routines
• Accurately document resident care and services provided
• Support residents with safe transfers and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
