Well‑Spring Retirement Community in Burlington, NC, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full‑time 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with every other weekend. Join a supportive assisted‑living team focused on delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care and strong teamwork.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort for residents in a small, stable community.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and evening routines.
• Accurately document resident care and services provided.
• Support residents with safe transfers and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.
