Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Burlington, NC is seeking a restaurant leader to manage the closing shift. The role is 40 hours per week, with shifts starting 2–5pm and Fri–Sun required.

You will supervise nightly shutdown, maintain high service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. Compensation is up to $20 per hour, with overtime for top performers and vacation benefits after six months.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate—do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs. from ground up

Responsibilities

• The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.
• Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.
