Crumbl Cookies in Westbrook, ME is seeking a reliable Closing Baker / Crew Member to join our evening shift team. You will mix dough, bake cookies, decorate, serve guests, and help ready the store for the next day.

No professional baking experience required—we’ll teach you. You must be available 4:00 PM–10:30 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays. The role offers weekend schedule, tips included, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work closing shifts 4:00 PM–10:30 PM.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays.
• We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week's menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete closing tasks.
