Crumbl Cookies is seeking a dependable team member for closing shifts in Concord, NH. You will mix dough, bake cookies, decorate, serve guests, and ensure the store is clean and ready for the next day. Must be 16+ and have reliable transportation.

The role offers 4:00 PM–10:30 PM shifts with Fridays and Saturdays required. Earnings include tips, with a typical hourly range and opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Availability for 4:00 PM–10:30 PM closing shifts.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays.
• Dependable, positive and team-oriented.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• No professional baking experience required; will be trained.
• Minimum age 16 with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating weekly flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week’s menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas.
• Restock supplies and prepare store for the next day.
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
