Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Milford, MA seeks an Evening Clinical Team Manager for the Mobile Crisis Intervention program. You will plan, supervise, and participate in daily operations, including triage, crisis intervention, evaluation, referral and follow-up, both on-site and in the community.

This role requires a Master’s degree, licensure, and at least 3 years of clinical experience in MCI; you will provide supervision, on-call coverage, and serve as a liaison to community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field.
• Independent licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Mobile Crisis Intervention or related area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and participate in daily Mobile Crisis Intervention operations, including triage, crisis intervention, evaluation, referral and follow-up.
• Provide clinical supervision to MCI staff and on-call coverage.
• Review referrals for appropriateness and facilitate admissions in real time with MCI/CCS staff.
• Liaise with community providers to ensure continuity of consumer care.
• Manage scheduling and support to clinical teams in the evening shift.

Evening Clinical Team Manager - MCI

Milford Mobile Crisis Intervention Program

In collaboration with the MCI Area Director and YMCI Director, the Evening Clinical Team Manager plans, oversees, and participates in the daily operation (including telephone triage, crisis intervention such as evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up, on-site, and in the community) of the Mobile Crisis Intervention components of the Community Behavioral Health Center ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing, staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of consumer care.

The Evening Clinical Team Manager will provide clinical supervision to designated MCI staff. Will assume evening clinical and administrative on-call duties to MCI/CCS/Respite staff, as well as in a regular 24-hour rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite management personnel. A critical component of the duties of the MCI Evening Clinical Team Manager is to review all Adult and Youth CCS referrals for appropriateness and facilitates admission in collaboration with MCI and CCS staff in real time. Acts as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care.

Pay Rate:

• $81,782.06/salaried for Unlicensed/LCSW Clinician
• $84,872.11/salaried for Independently Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm OR 4pm to 12am

Required Skills
