Riverside Community Care in Milford, MA, is hiring an Evening Clinical Team Manager for its Mobile Crisis Intervention program. The role oversees crisis assessment and stabilization services, provides clinical supervision, and conducts on-call duties within a 40-hour schedule.
Hours are typically 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to collaborate with community providers to ensure safe, quality care for individuals in crisis.
The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program provides crisis and behavioral health assessment, intervention, and stabilization services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) for individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
The mission of MCI is to respond rapidly, assess effectively, and deliver a course of treatment intended to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize the crisis in a manner that allows the person served to receive medically necessary services in the community, or if medically necessary, in an inpatient or 24-hour diversionary level of care.
