Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in East Bethel, MN, seeks a Licensed Clinical Practice Supervisor (evenings) for its youth and teen psychiatric residential program. The role provides clinical leadership, oversees treatment planning, and supports staff in a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Services, Psychology, or clinically related field.
• Fully licensed in Minnesota as LICSW, LPCC or LMFT.
• 3+ years of youth or adolescent counseling or clinical experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Valid driver's license. Must meet DHS driving requirements.
• Must pass DHS background check.
• Must complete agency-specific therapeutic intervention training (TCI, HWC, NCI) and exam.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities.
• Willingness to meet cultural needs regarding language, traditions and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and support within a residential treatment environment.
• Oversee treatment planning, therapeutic programming, and service delivery to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and ongoing program improvement.
• Provide guidance on client safety, risk management, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
• Review incidents and documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the clinical resource for families, guardians, and community partners.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals and coordinate care.
• Lead staff development through clinical supervision, case consultation, and training.
