The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Inpatient Internal Medicine Bell Hospital team. This full-time role involves a rotation of 7-on-7-off 10-hour evening shifts from 12-10pm at the Kansas City, Kansas main campus.

Qualificações

• Requires strong interdisciplinary communication and precepting abilities.
• Pharmacist licensure in state of practice with ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate.
• Bachelor's in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in rounds and provides patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
• Reviews medication orders for timely resolution and dosing adjustments.
• Performs medication reconciliation at admission, transfer, and discharge.
