Job summary

UT Health East Texas is seeking an evening shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist in Tyler, TX. The role involves optimizing patient care through dispensing, IV admixture, and providing drug information while supervising pharmacy staff.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS from an ACPE-accredited school, active licensure, BLS (within 14 days), and ACLS for Code Blue. TSBP sterile compounding training is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer; ACLS for Code Blue.
• TSBP sterile compounding requirements must be completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities
