Trinity Health Livonia in Michigan seeks a Clinical Leader to guide a care team and coordinate daily unit operations in line with ANA Standards of Practice. This supervisory role drives nursing excellence and safe patient care within Trinity Health leadership and external regulatory expectations.

You will promote the Trinity Health Model of Care, foster shared governance, and mentor staff while ensuring adherence to the ANA Code of Ethics and Trinity Health Quality Plan for Nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active license to practice nursing in Michigan.
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 45 days from date of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate optimal care through daily unit operations as prescribed by the ANA Standards of Practice.
• Lead nursing practice in alignment with Trinity Health leadership and regulatory standards.
• Promote the Trinity Health Model of Care and the nursing profession.
• Drive nursing practice through shared governance.
• Abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
