Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, MLA/ASCP certification or within 18 months of hire, and 2–3 years of related lab experience. Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MLA (Medical Laboratory Assistant) (ASCP) required, or must be obtained with 18 months of hire date.
• A minimum of 2–3 years in related laboratory environment; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, aliquot, handle and store biological specimens.
• Perform and result waived testing; perform add‑on testing.
• Maintain workflow for technologists and stock supplies as needed.
