Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Evening shift in the ED/ Critical Care Department. This full-time role supports seamless continuity of care, coordinating across disciplines to guide patient flow and education for families.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with NYS RN licensure, has 5+ years in acute care (adult and pediatric), and Masters in Nursing is preferred with CEN or willingness to obtain within a year.

Qualifications

• BSN required with current NYS RN Licensure.
• At least 5 years of experience (Adult Ed and Peds).
• Masters in Nursing preferred; CEN or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Recent preceptor experience.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of care for patients and their families.
• In this role, you will ensure support, coordination, and education of care by fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.
• Play an integral part in the patient experience through clinical assessments and follow up, working closely with nursing support.
