Job summary

Avera Clinic of Ellendale is seeking a night-shift cleaning associate to maintain a clean, safe environment in patient rooms, offices, hallways and common areas. You will participate in all cleaning activities, stock essential supplies, and ensure good customer relations with patients and staff.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with hours after 5pm and an approximate 2-hour cleaning window.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent.
• One to three months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area, including patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators and lobby areas.
• Participates in all cleaning activities as assigned, such as dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture and trash.
• Keeps assigned area stocked with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
• Maintains stock on cleaning carts with wet and dry supplies.
• Maintain good customer relations at all times.
