Job summary

Avera Clinic of Ellendale is seeking a dedicated cleaner for the night shift to maintain a clean and orderly environment in patient rooms, offices, and common areas. The role supports a multidisciplinary team and requires attention to detail and reliable attendance.

The position offers evening hours after clinic closing (5pm–9pm) with a pay range of $17.50–$21.50 per hour. Prior cleaning experience and a High School diploma or GED are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include, but not be limited to: patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas.
• Participates in all cleaning activities as assigned. These may include, but not be limited to: dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture, and emptying trash.
• Keeps assigned area fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies.
• Maintain good customer relations at all times.
• May sort, wash, and accurately deliver linens.
