Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician I to support the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory in Massachusetts. The position offers an evening shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekends off and comprehensive training provided.

You will receive shipments, unpack coolers, verify paperwork, and log samples into our system. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are essential, with prior lab or

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse.
Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receiving shipments of samples.
Unpacking the sample coolers.
Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
Logging the sample into our system.
