• Ensure all items listed on the cleaning checklist are completed to Bluebird Standards
• Communicate with your account supervisor or manager about any supplies needed
• Accurately punch in and punch out of the Service Autopilot app installed on your phone
• Develop positive working relationships with the operations team and team members

Commercial Cleaning Technician Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules 100% of the time
• Contributes to a safe work environment by following housekeeping guidelines
• Maintains good attendance each week
• Maintains a consistent schedule each month
• Follows instructions and works to meet daily job assignments.
• Take the proper quality control by using quality checklists and pictures of tasks
• Strictly follow the instructions during operations, as well as maintenance of the equipment (I.e vacuums, mops)
