As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring assigned client facilities are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and presentable. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Surface Cleaning & Dusting: Dusting, wiping down, and sanitizing office desks, countertops, fixtures, window sills, and high-touch areas (door handles, light switches).
Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping various floor surfaces, including tile, carpet, and wood. Operating basic floor care equipment as needed.
Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers.
Trash & Recyclables: Emptying waste containers, replacing liners, and transporting garbage/recyclables to designated disposal areas.
Supply & Equipment Management: Keeping supply closets organized, tracking inventory needs, and informing supervisors when restocking is required.
Safety & Quality Standards: Following all company safety protocols, properly handling cleaning chemicals according to guidelines, and maintaining high quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and a pride-driven work ethic.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with a team.
Physical capability to bend, lift (up to 25-30 lbs), reach, and remain on your feet for the duration of a shift.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned facility locations.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
