SOUTHERN ROYALTY CLEANING SERVICE L is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services for commercial and residential clients in Norfolk, VA. The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship.

Representing the brand, you will uphold high standards of cleanliness, integrity, and customer service at every job site while supporting the team and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (training available).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition.
• Secure facilities upon completion of service when required.
