Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience with prior supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and tasks.
• Schedule daily staff meetings and required training sessions.
• Check cleaning equipment condition and order supplies; ensure safe storage.
• Coordinate with clients and employees; handle complaints and feedback.
• Submit daily cleanliness reports and verify completed work.
• Provide daily cleaning support to designated private areas as needed.
• Lead training on chemical cleaners and standardize processes.
• Resolve problems to meet team objectives and potentially establish new techniques.
• Model CBRE-GDS values and lead by example.
