Job summary

CBRE - Government & Defense is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe facilities across assigned areas. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, restrooms stocking, and cleaning windows and surfaces.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and minimum 2 years of custodial experience. Shift is Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with regular training and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in facilities or custodial work preferred.
• No specific certifications required; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
