Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations and supervise staff when the Manager is away. This role involves operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling chemicals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position is full-time with an evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm or 4:00 pm–12:30 am). ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and supports military-friendly hiring practices. Experience in leading teams and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience
• Preferred: valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance
• Supervise at an assigned location when the Manager is not present
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure safety and standards
• Provide training for new hires and maintain onboarding procedures
• Manage time records and keep client communications documented
• Oversee access control, inventory, and equipment checks
