Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at the assigned site. You will delegate daily tasks, provide guidance, and step in when the Manager is not present to ensure standards of cleanliness and safety are met.

The role involves operating specialized cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, coordinating work schedules, training new hires, and maintaining open communication with the client and management. Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 7pm–5:30am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure client standards.
• Train new hires and manage time records.
