Job summary

ESFM USA, located at Zoetis, 10 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for the 1:30 pm–10:00 pm, Monday–Friday shift. The role requires leading a team, training associates, and ensuring quality, productivity and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of cleaning experience, plus 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, and ESFM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that expectations are met.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward top performers and manage underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety targets.
• Act as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
