Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality and safety goals.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
