Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX to support janitorial operations and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in daily duties.

You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, follow protocol, and report incidents. Evening shift 5pm-9pm, $17.00-$18.00 per hour; benefit packages available.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus for diverse customers and teams.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and equipment; knowledge of safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and perform daily upkeep.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct toward customers and colleagues.
