Job summary

KleenMark, a well-established cleaning company in Appleton, WI, is seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician. You will oversee cleaners in your area, receive daily direction from the Account Manager or Building Supervisor, and ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned to high standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of related cleaning experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related cleaning experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of other cleaners to ensure their area is cleaned properly.
• Receive daily direction from Account Manager or Building Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility by performing cleaning duties.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas.
• Sweep, scrubs, wax, and polish floors using appropriate equipment.
• Dust furniture and equipment; polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and doors.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Report to work on time and work overtime as required.
