Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations and provide supervision when the Manager is unavailable. You will delegate tasks, guide staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the site, handling equipment and cleaning chemicals as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site supervision, and strong communication between field staff and management. Candidates with 1 year in lead or supervisory roles and a valid driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
• Ensure quality and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
